We ship worldwide!

Order Processing: Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to process your order. Orders received after 5 PM ET will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping carrier: For Domestic orders within the continental U.S., we typically ship via UPS. and do not ship on U.S. holidays. Shipping for both Domestic and International orders are calculated at checkout.

Shipping times: Once processed, orders shipped within the U.S. typically arrive within 7 business days. International orders typically arrive within 14 business days.

If there’s a delay in your order, please check the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email. We cannot be responsible for carrier or customs delays.

 

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with Hugomat, you are welcome to return the order for a full refund within 30 calendar days.

Send Hugomat with the original packing slip and in its original box to our returns address. We will refund your credit card within 72 hours of receiving your package. Alternatively, we can email you a return shipping label to use, and refund your total minus the original shipping charge.
 
*If the items are damaged in the return shipping process due to being shipped in a box too small for the item, or improperly packaged, a refund will not be given.

*Damages must be reported within 2 business days of delivery for return or exchange.

*No refunds will be given after 30 days.

*No shipping costs will be refunded and customer is in charge of all return shipping fees.
